Local Delivery – Weekly shipments are delivered on our own trucks to accounts in Hillsborough, Citrus, Polk, Hernando, Sarasota, Manatee, Highlands, Pinellas, Pasco, DeSoto, Collier, Charlotte, and Lee Counties. Emergency deliveries can be handled through various alternate arrangements as required to meet the customer’s needs.

Trane Parts Warranty Procedures

• Determine Warranty Status – Contact your Trane Parts Center with complete model number, serial number, and unit start-up date. The Trane Parts Center will research warranty status of the unit in question.

• Identify Parts Needed – The Trane Parts Center will look up needed parts, or the dealer can identify need parts using the www.comfortsite.com parts catalog (CATS).

• Order Replacement Parts – Parts can be ordered from the Trane Parts Center, or online via the www.comfortsite.com website.

• Return Defective Parts – Depending on the item, defective parts will either need to be returned to the Trane Parts Center, or held at the dealer’s office for a minimum of 45 days.

• Provide Warranty Paperwork – Dealer is required to complete and send in via fax the Trane Warranty Credit Request Form (WCR), or complete the WCR online form at www.comfortsite.com. Please indicate if the warranty credit should be issued against an existing Trane Parts Center invoice. If not, please indicate whether replacement parts are to be picked up at the store, shipped freight pre-paid on the weekly delivery route, or sent individually FOB.
